ABOUT HEATHER
Heather Vanek is a Highly educated individual who first started on her alternative health journey at the University of Guelph where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Human Kinetics.
After this achievement, she went on to a decade-long career in Massage Therapy before progressing on to the prestigious world
renowned Canadian Academy Of Osteopathy for 4 years to achieve a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manual Sciences diploma (M.OMSc).
Heather is a mother to 3 young boys and thoroughly enjoys nature and being active outdoors.
She has a passion for helping people of all ages but in particular families to live their best life structurally and functionally.

Osteopathy is a hands on manual therapy that focuses on aligning your body so that your body can heal itself based on 3 main principles.
